Annual Physical with Lab Panel - $175
Lab panel includes: CBC, Comp, Lipid panel, HbA1c, and TSH
4 visit package - $460
Visits can be used for chronic medical conditions or acute visits.
Telehealth Acute Visit - $85
Sports/Work Physicals - $75

If additional tests or prescriptions are required, we provide affordable, transparent pricing:
Medications:
Discounted rates available, with common prescriptions as low as $10 for a 90-day supply.
Lab Work:
Routine tests start at $6 per test, with most panels starting at $45.
